We are little wine craftsmen and in our Land, Badde Nigolosu, in Sennori’s countryside, we cultivate vine in 33 hectares of land. We also cultivate wheat, vegetables, orchards and olive grove for personal use.

Pre-defined calendars do not exist and above all do not exist standardmanufacturing files. In our opinion our company is not made of pieces of vines but of a multitude of individual grapes. Our sapling vines allow the mistral to flow. We till the land to allow roots to explore the most deep soil layers (6/8 mt). Every year we do two treatments to keep under control the dampness waves brought by rare low pressures. We don’t have an atomizer. The grape harvest when we like it. The cut is done manually by the old and dear scissors. The transport in boxes inside our old Refrigerated Truck Fiat 100. My father and I manually select all bunches of grapes on a steel stable suitably built. No yeast and no enzyme. Any grams of sulphurous are used in wine-making and in the majorities of wines not even later. Any type of clarification and filtration. Neither stabilization. Only two or maximum three decants. The use of steel and cement only. The bottling is the most beautiful part: by hand by my mather who masters an army of relatives.
All this because we are simply some small wine craftsmen that don’t do more than 45000 bottles and only when the nature is generous.
